Cancellation

Founders Membership costs $12 per month and renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel future renewals at any time.

How to cancel

1. Sign in to your Membership Account using the account associated with your subscription.
2. Find your membership under My Memberships and choose Cancel.
3. Review the confirmation screen and confirm the cancellation. Keep the confirmation for your records.

Signing out or stopping use of the website does not cancel a subscription. Check that your account shows the cancellation before leaving the process.

Need help with billing?

If you cannot access your account, cannot find the cancellation control, or have a question about a charge or refund, email admin@sobrietysystems.com. Include the email address used for your membership and enough detail to identify the issue. Do not send your password or full payment-card details.

Your bank statement will show REBUILD DIGITAL. We want membership decisions to be clear and free of pressure.
