Begin without overwhelm

Start where you are.

You do not need a perfect plan. You need one honest look at what is unstable and one repeatable action that makes tomorrow steadier.

  3. Attach it to a time or trigger. After medication, before coffee, at 7 p.m., after the meeting, or every Sunday.
  4. Review without shame.Did the system work? If not, change the system—not your worth.
