Sobriety Systems

Terms

Effective date: September 18, 2026

These terms describe use of Sobriety Systems at sobrietysystems.com and its membership and website email services. Questions can be sent to admin@sobrietysystems.com.

What the service provides

Sobriety Systems provides peer-led educational material and self-guided tools for everyday life in sobriety. It is not medical care, therapy, crisis intervention, or a replacement for treatment, a sponsor, clergy, or professional support. Using the site does not create a clinician-patient relationship. The tools do not guarantee a particular recovery or personal outcome.

Your account and use of the site

Use accurate account information, keep your sign-in details private, and use the tools lawfully. Do not impersonate others, attempt to access someone else’s account, interfere with the website, or submit another person’s private information without permission. Member materials are for your personal use; a membership does not grant permission to resell them or distribute access.

You retain ownership of the responses you write. Storing a response permits the site and its service providers to store, display, and process it as needed to provide the tool. Private member responses are not submitted for public publication. Read the Privacy Policy for data handling and administrator access.

Founders Membership and payment

The current Founders Membership costs US$12 when you join and renews at US$12 every month until cancelled. There is no free trial in the current offer. Review the price and recurring payment details at checkout before paying. Payment is processed through Stripe; the bank statement descriptor is REBUILD DIGITAL.

The advertised founder rate applies while the membership remains continuously active. The included self-guided content and access are described on the Founders Membership page. A membership does not include live coaching, therapy, or continuous support.

Cancellation and billing questions

You can cancel future renewals through your Membership Account. Complete the cancellation confirmation and check the resulting account status. Signing out or stopping use of the site does not cancel a subscription.

See the Cancellation page for the steps. Contact admin@sobrietysystems.com if you cannot access your account or have a question about a charge or refund. Include the account email and enough detail to identify the issue, but never your password or full card number. Cancelling renewal and requesting deletion of account data are separate actions.

Website email service

Sobriety Systems Mail is an administrative connection used to send the site’s emails through its authorized Google sending account. It is not a public mailbox service and does not require members to connect their own Gmail accounts. Only authorized site administrators may configure or use this connection for the site’s disclosed email functions. The sending account owner can revoke Google access at any time; doing so may interrupt website email until a working connection is restored.

Availability and changes

Content and features may be maintained or updated, and access may sometimes be interrupted. We will explain material changes to the membership offer or these terms before applying them to an existing paid membership. Nothing on this page removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
