Sobriety Systems

Frequently Asked Questions

We want it to be easy to understand what is here, try something useful, and choose your next step without pressure.

What is Sobriety Systems?

Sobriety Systems offers self-guided reflection and practical tools for building everyday life in sobriety: routines, relationships, responsibilities, and purpose. It is educational support, not treatment, therapy, medical care, or a crisis service.

Can I try it before joining?

Yes. One Honest Next Step is a free five-minute exercise with no signup. For a worked example, try our simple plan for an empty day in sobriety.

What does Founders Membership include?

The current membership includes a private First Session, 28 self-paced sessions, 12 decision field guides, and a Saturday reflection. See the full Founders offer before deciding.

How much does membership cost?

Founders Membership is $12 per month, billed monthly until cancelled. Your bank statement will show REBUILD DIGITAL. You can start at the secure checkout.

Where do I begin after joining?

Sign in, open Member Home, choose Start Here, and begin your First Session. Allow about 20 minutes, or take it one question at a time. We begin with one honest next step.

Do I have to share my recovery story with other members?

No public profile, group sharing, or recovery disclosure is required to use the self-paced practice. You choose what to write.

Is this affiliated with AA or a 12-step organization?

No. Sobriety Systems is independent and does not speak for Alcoholics Anonymous or any 12-step fellowship.

How do I cancel or get billing help?

Manage your membership through Membership Account. Our cancellation instructions explain the steps. For account or billing help, email admin@sobrietysystems.com or use the Sobriety Systems contact form.

Where can I explore recovery principles?

Browse the 36 Living Principles overview or the broader 101 Living Principles explorer. These public collections offer starting points for reflection. Choose one principle to consider rather than treating the collection as a list of rules to complete.

What is the WE Journal?

The public WE Journal collects stories and reflections that have been approved for public reading. Reading does not require you to submit a story.

Read This journal begins with WE for an introduction to the public journal and its approach to thoughtful, voluntary sharing. You can read it without sharing your own story.
